Lo Mein
Ingredients Needed:
1 pkg. LEASA Fresh Egg Noodle
1 pkg. LEASA Stir Fry Mix
6 oz Chicken, Meat or Shrimp (Use LEASA Tofu for a great and Healthy Substitution)
3 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
Directions:
Heat 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan.
Add chicken, meat, shrimp and/or LEASA tofu. Stir for 3-5 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Set aside in a dish.
Heat 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil in wok add garlic, LEASA stir fry mix, LEASA stir fry sauce and mix for two minutes.
Add cooked chicken, meat, shrimp and/or tofu and mix well.
In a separate pot, boil water and add fresh egg noodles for 5 minutes.
Drain water, add to stir fry mix and mix well.
Serve hot and enjoy.
