Tofu Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. LEASA Firm Tofu
  • 3 Cups pumpkin, cooked
  • 3/4 tsp. sweetner
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp.salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Prebaked 9-inch pie shell

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350°F 

Step 2:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or electric mixer.

Step 3:
Pour mixture into pie shell.

Step 4:
Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
