Tofu Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. LEASA tofu
  • ¼ cup wheat germ
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. poultry seasoning
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. oil

Instructions

Step 1:
Mix and mash all ingredients, except oil, together in a bowl. 

Step 2:
Form mixture into six 3” burgers. 

Step 3:
Brown on each side in 1 tbsp. oil.

Step 4:
Serve hot on a bun either plain or with toppings.
