Tofu Fried Rice


Bean Sprouts
Firm Tofu

Other Ingredients Needed:
4 cups cooled cooked brown or white rice
2 tbsp. oil
2 clover garlic, crushed
lb. diced LEASA tofu
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 clove minced garlic
1 cups diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cups fresh LEASA bean sprouts


Step 1:
Heat 1 tbsp. oil and 2 cloves crushed garlic in heavy skillet or wok.

Step 2:
Cook until garlic is light brown, then remove and discard the garlic.

Step 3:
Add diced LEASA tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 4:
Add 1 tbsp. soy sauce and stir well.

Step 5:
Remove tofu from the pan.

Step 6:
Add 1 tbsp. oil and 2 cloves minced garlic to the pan.

Step 7:
Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add diced onion and diced celery.

Step 8:
Stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked rice.

Step 9:
Stir-fry until all mixed. Add diced and fried LEASA tofu and fresh LEASA bean sprouts.

Step 10:
Heat 1 tbsp. oil and 2 cloves crushed garlic in heavy skillet or wok.

Step 11:
Add 1 tbsp. soy sauce and mix well.

Step 12:
Serve Hot, topped with chopped green onion.
