Healthy Sprout Salad

Other Ingredients Needed:
½ cup LEASA alfalfa sprouts
½ cup LEASA tofu
½ cup LEASA bean sprouts
1 Large Carrot
1 Large Celery Stalk
1 Medium Sized Cucumber
1 Large Tomato
Any other vegetables you enjoy

Step 1:
In a large bowl, arrange the ingredients in a circle around the bowl (like a bird’s nest).

Step 2:
Fill the center of the bowl with grated carrots, chopped celery, cucumbers, tomatoes or other vegetables you enjoy.

Step 3:
Then, top with your favorite salad dressing.

Step 4:
Serve chilled.
